1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing DOZ Platform services, downloading DOZ PLAYER, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of services
DOZ Platform provides SaaS infrastructure for device identity, subscription management, and reseller operations. DOZ PLAYER is the official client application. This website sells DOZ Platform subscriptions — not streaming content, streams, or channel packages.
3. Device identity and registration
Each device receives a unique Device ID and PIN upon registration in DOZ PLAYER. Device registration occurs only inside DOZ PLAYER when connected to the internet. The website does not create or register devices.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions apply per device. A 10-day trial is available once per device upon first registration. Paid plans include Yearly and Lifetime options. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal rules are presented at the time of activation.
5. Activation methods
Activation may occur through a Reseller using Credits or through the official website when directed from DOZ PLAYER. You must provide accurate Device ID information. Unauthorized activation attempts may be rejected.
6. Reseller terms
Resellers operate under separate agreements governing credit usage, device activation, and portal access. Reseller conduct must comply with platform policies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent subscription requirements, share Device ID/PIN credentials improperly, or use services in violation of applicable laws.
8. Payments and refunds
Payment terms, refund policies, and billing disputes will be defined in final legal documentation and presented at the point of purchase.
9. Intellectual property
DOZ Platform, DOZ PLAYER, and associated branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in final legal documentation.
11. Limitation of liability
Liability limitations will be defined in final legal text consistent with applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or operational requirements. Subscription status is tied to device identity.
13. Governing law
Governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be specified in the final legal version.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
